The ACE Blueprint provides business advisory, consulting, and execution infrastructure services to business operators. Specific service descriptions, deliverables, and pricing for each program tier are outlined on our Services page and in individual engagement agreements.
All content on theaceblueprint.com — including but not limited to the 6-Pillar methodology, Align/Convert/Execute framework, the ACE Operating System, deliverable templates, written content, and visual design — is the proprietary intellectual property of The ACE Blueprint and Angel Santiago. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use is prohibited.
Clients receive limited license to use deliverables produced during engagements within their own businesses only. Clients may not resell, republish, or redistribute ACE methodology, frameworks, or deliverables without written licensing agreement.
Program fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Refund terms vary by program; see individual program agreement for specific terms.
The ACE Blueprint provides services with professional care and methodology rigor. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue results, valuations, or other measurable impacts. Client results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, implementation discipline, team capacity, and industry dynamics. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The ACE Blueprint's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations, executing deliverables within their organizations, maintaining legal compliance in their own operations, and making their own business decisions. The ACE Blueprint provides guidance and infrastructure; execution remains the client's responsibility.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. Specific confidentiality terms are outlined in individual engagement agreements.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
